This 3-room vacation rental with Wi-Fi is located near the beach, and on cooler days, the fireplace and underfloor heating will keep you warm.

The spacious living area features a lovely dining nook and a comfortable couch. On cooler days, the fireplace invites you to relax. Satellite TV (flat-screen) and a radio are part of the apartment’s high-quality amenities. A travel crib—whether you bring your own or rent one for a fee—can also be set up here if needed.
The kitchen is separated from the living area by a wall. It is fully equipped with everything you need to easily prepare your meals during your vacation, from an oven with a ceramic cooktop and a dishwasher to a complete set of dishes and glasses. You can enjoy your meals in the separate dining area, which seats 4 people.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (80x200 cm each). In addition, each of these rooms has a closet for your clothes.
The apartment also features a large bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest restroom. Both rooms have a window. The bathroom also includes a washing machine and a dryer, which you can use for a fee.
The furnished terrace faces southwest.

As a non-smoking apartment, this vacation rental is the perfect vacation home for families. Since the apartment is located on the first floor of the vacation home, it is also suitable for people with limited mobility. The large garden, which is partially fenced (with a fence/hedge), is perfect for playing, running around, and relaxing. All rooms are equipped with exterior shutters.

Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
