About this house rental
The Sdw/13a semi-detached house (end-of-row) is a 4-room home that accommodates up to 4 people.
With up to 4 people, you can enjoy your vacation in this spacious vacation home, which is approximately 75 m² in size. The beach is about 300 m away.
The first floor features a living and dining area as well as a separate kitchen. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a radio are provided. The kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary appliances, is located right next to the living area. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor. Tiles were chosen for the flooring on the first floor.
Three bedrooms are located on the upper floors. On the second floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and changing table. You can also use the washing machine provided. The underfloor heating here is particularly pleasant.
You’ll also find two separate bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom features a large double bed (dimensions 2x90x200 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm).
The third bedroom is located in the attic (with sloped ceilings) and is furnished with one double bed (dimensions 2x90x200 cm).
Laminate or hardwood flooring was chosen for the bedrooms. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
This vacation home features a garden with a terrace. The furnished terrace is the perfect spot to spend a cozy evening together.
Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included.
You can park your car right in front of the house. For additional vehicles, please use the nearby public parking lot.

Die Lage ist perfekt, da der Strand, die Promenade und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse und der Garten sind für Familien sehr zu empfehlen.
