Dear guests, this beautiful 4-room vacation rental offers light and coziness across two floors, as well as plenty of space for your Baltic Sea vacation near the beach.
Amenities
The 4-room vacation apartment "Denise" on the 1st floor spans two levels with approximately 80 m² of living space and offers modern amenities for 5 guests plus a toddler. The rooms are cozy and tastefully furnished to make you feel right at home.
The open-concept living and dining area on the first level, as well as the bright living area with direct access to the large, furnished southwest-facing balcony, invite you to relax. The large TV and DVD player provide multimedia entertainment.
The kitchenette is comfortably equipped with a stove featuring a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and many other useful utensils. A large dining area here is perfect for enjoying cozy meals together.
The bedroom on the same floor is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
The spacious bathroom, featuring a corner bathtub, a nearly floor-level shower (1 cm high), a sink, and a toilet, offers plenty of space for the family. The window provides pleasant natural light and makes it easy to air out the room after showering.
An open wooden spiral staircase leads from the living/kitchen area to the attic. Here on the upper living level—in the attic—two additional bedrooms await you, dear guests:
The guest/children’s room features three single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a dresser for your clothes. From this room, you can access another small, separate room for our youngest guests. It features a sturdy wooden crib with a mattress and changing table, as well as a small closet and dresser. The room is equipped with a stair gate.

This allergy-friendly, non-smoking vacation apartment is ideal for families. It also comes equipped with a high chair. The house includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, which you can use for a fee. The lower part of the apartment is additionally equipped with exterior shutters.

Bicycles
There is a storage shed on the property. Here you can safely store your bicycles, etc.
There is also a handcart available for you, our guests, which you may use free of charge.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers a wide range of other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume any liability or cover any costs for upcoming repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the handcart provided is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even find a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
