The vacation rental on the 1stfloor in Boltenhagen has 4 rooms and offers ample space for 6 guests + 1 toddler across 75 square meters of living space—spread over 2 levels.
On the lower level, the large sofa and the fireplace in the living area invite you to enjoy cozy evenings. The sofa folds out (sleeping area: 110x200 cm when unfolded), providing an additional sleeping option for up to 6 guests. For your entertainment, satellite TV (flat-screen), a DVD player, and a stereo system are available here. A travel crib can also be set up here if needed.
The kitchen is separate from the living area and is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and glasses and dishes. You can comfortably enjoy your meals together in the separate dining area.
There is also a bedroom on this floor with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a closet.
There is also a modern bathroom with a (nearly) barrier-free shower (1 cm step height) and toilet, as well as a separate guest restroom—both with windows—on this floor.
A tiled staircase leads you to the attic (2nd living level):
On this floor, there are two additional bedrooms—one furnished with two single beds (each 80x200 cm) and one double bed (160x200 cm). If needed, you can also set up a travel crib in either bedroom.
There is also another modern bathroom on this level with a shower, toilet, and window. A washing machine is available here for free use.
A small southwest-facing balcony with patio furniture and an electric grill is perfect for cozy get-togethers.

Special Features

In this non-smoking apartment, a travel crib (without accessories) with a matching mattress is available free of charge for our younger guests; a high chair for the little ones can be rented for a fee. A stair gate can also be installed at the stairs (available in the utility room). However, since the apartment is located on the first floor and spans two levels, guests must navigate at least one flight of stairs. The living room, kitchen, the lower bathrooms, and the two bedrooms with double beds are equipped with exterior shutters. The children’s/guest room with the single beds features a roller shade on the skylight.

Information about the bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume liability or cover costs for any upcoming repairs or costs associated with renting replacement equipment if they are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The bicycle and handcart are provided as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.
Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
