About this house rental
Here we offer you a family-friendly, townhouse-style vacation home on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. You and your family of up to 5 people are warmly welcome—even your pet will feel right at home here.
Amenities
This modern 3-bedroomend-of-row townhouse offers family-friendly amenities for up to 5 guests + 1 toddler and features 69 square meters of living space spread across 3 levels.
On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with an open kitchenette, a guest restroom, and the furnished southwest-facing terrace, where you’re welcome to barbecue.
In addition to a cozy couch, satellite TV, and a stereo system, the living room also features a dining area. A travel crib can also be set up here if needed.
The kitchen is fully and modernly equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a stove with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, small appliances, etc.
On the first floor, which you reach via a tiled staircase, there is a bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a large closet. A travel crib could also be set up in this room.
You’ll also find a full bathroom on this floor with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and a washing machine available for free use.
In the attic, which you can reach via an open wooden staircase, there is a children’s/guest room with 3 single beds (each 90x200 cm).

For our youngest guests, a travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge in this non-smoking vacation home. The living room, kitchen, upper bathroom, and both bedrooms have exterior shutters on the windows.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers a wide range of other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to take advantage of the pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
