This 4-room vacation rental with three bedrooms is perfect for a vacation with a toddler on the Baltic Sea.

The modern 4-roomapartment on the first floor, which spans two levels, offers modern amenities for 6 people.
On the first level, it consists of an open-concept kitchen, a living area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a large closet.
The dining area and living room, equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, and a comfortable couch, are designed to accommodate 6 people. From the living area, you can access the furnished balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and useful small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, etc.
One of the three bedrooms is also located on this first floor. Here you’ll find two single beds and a wardrobe.
The second level (top floor) features a bedroom with a double bed, an additional bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out second bed, as well as a guest restroom.
Special Features
The large, non-smokingvacation apartment features a stair gate at the top of the stairs for added safety for our young guests. Additionally, a travel crib with a mattress, a high chair, and a handcart are available free of charge for young guests. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.

In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if it is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is provided as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, consecutive bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
