This 3-room vacation rental with a terrace and garden is ideal for a family vacation on the Baltic Sea.
Amenities
With 80 m² of living space, this 3-roomground-floor vacation apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people plus a toddler.
The living area features a fully equipped kitchen-diner. The cozy couch in the living room invites you to relax. A large satellite TV (55-inch flat screen), stereo system, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi ensure that you’ll never get bored in the apartment—even on a rainy day.
An oven with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment make cooking a breeze.
Two bedrooms are available to ensure a restful night’s sleep. One bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (180x200 cm with high-quality spring mattresses), and the second with two single beds (90x200 cm).
The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub. You’ll also find a washing machine and a dryer here, which you’re welcome to use for a fee. The toilet is separate.
Enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air on the furnished south-facing terrace.
Special Features
The non-smoking vacation home “Düne” WE 11 is particularly well-suited for family vacations with small children. Two high chairs and a travel crib with a matching mattress are available free of charge at the property. You can completely darken the rooms using the shutters. Smoking is not permitted inside the property; it is only allowed on the terrace.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utility costs. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 through August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
