About this house rental
This 3-bedroom end-of-row townhouse with Wi-Fi (fiber optic) spread over 3 floors in Boltenhagen is ideal for your vacation on the Baltic Sea.
Amenities
This stylishly furnished end-of-row townhouse spans 69 square meters across three levels and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests.
On the first floor, the property features an open-concept living and dining area with a modern, open kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher and microwave.
In the living area, which features a flat-screen TV and DVD player, you can relax on the leather couch. The dining area, which seats 4 people, is ideal for shared meals.
There is also a guest restroom with a window on the first floor.
On the second level (1st floor), which you reach via a tiled staircase, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a spacious closet, and satellite TV.
The family-friendly shower room on this floor is equipped with two sinks as well as a washing machine and dryer (both coin-operated), which you are welcome to use. The window provides natural light and makes it easy to air out the room, for example, after showering.
On the third level (the top floor), which you can reach via an open wooden staircase with a safety gate (above), is the guest/children’s room, which has two single beds (each 90x200 cm). A travel crib could also be set up here if needed. In the small, separate reading nook in the attic, you’re welcome to relax with a good book.
The furnished and fenced-in (partly fence, partly hedge) southwest-facing terrace, which you can access from the living room, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying cozy barbecue evenings.
Special Features
This non-smoking house near the beach is ideal for families with small children. A high chair and a travel crib with a mattress are available and can be used here free of charge. The property features a small on-site playground with a swing and a slide.
The barrel sauna, located on the property between House 1 and House 1A, can be used free of charge by guests of both House 1 and House 1A. At the same time, the sauna separates the two properties from one another.

In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement handcarts if the handcart is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
