About this house rental
This house, which has Wi-Fi (fiber-optic), is ideal for a family with two older children. With a free high chair and a travel crib, accommodating an additional toddler is no problem.
Amenities
This middle-unit townhouse features three rooms and spans three levels. With approximately 69 square meters of living space, it’s perfect for a vacation for up to four guests plus a toddler.
On the first floor, you’ll find the open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and ceramic cooktop with oven, plus much more.
In the living area, you’ll find a comfortable leather sofa, a satellite TV, a DVD player, and a small stereo system. A travel crib can also be set up here if needed. The dining area, which seats up to four guests, is perfect for shared meals.
The guest bathroom with a window is also located on the first floor.
On the first floor, which you reach via a tiled staircase, you’ll find a bedroom with a cozy double bed (box spring, 180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and satellite TV.
The bathroom features two sinks, a shower, and a toilet. You can also use the washer and dryer for a fee. The window in the bathroom provides natural light and makes it easier to air out the room, for example, after showering.
The third living level, in the attic, which you reach via an open wooden staircase with a stair gate (at the top), features another bedroom with two single beds (each 90x200 cm), a dresser, and satellite TV. A travel crib could also be set up here if needed.
The patio furniture on the southwest-facing terrace is equipped with matching covers, which further enhances comfort.
Special Features
This non-smoking middle townhouse is located near the beach. The fenced-in property (fence/hedge) is perfect, for example, for pet owners or families with small children. For our younger guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available for free use in the house. The bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are equipped with exterior shutters.
The barrel sauna, located on the property between House 1 and House 1A, can be used free of charge by guests of both House 1 and House 1A. The sauna also serves as a boundary separating the two properties.

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume any liability or cover any costs for upcoming repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the handcart provided is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
