About this house rental
If you’re looking to spend a vacation with your family on the beautiful Baltic Sea, this comfortably furnished 3-room end-of-row house, spanning 69 m², is an excellent choice. It offers plenty of space for four guests plus a toddler to feel right at home.
Amenities
The living space of this end-of-row townhouse, with 69 square meters of living area, spans three levels, which is also a great place to relax when the weather isn’t so good. The family-friendly amenities ensure a wonderful stay for up to 4 guests plus a toddler.
On the first floor, in addition to a kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances and all necessary accessories—including a dining area—there is a cozy living area with a 50-inch flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a stereo system. A travel crib can also be set up here if needed.
There is also a guest restroom with a window on the first floor.
On the first floor, which you reach via a tiled staircase, there is a bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious closet, as well as satellite TV.
The family-friendly bathroom on this floor is equipped with a walk-in shower (1 cm high), a bathtub, and a toilet. The washing machine can be used here free of charge as needed. The window provides natural light and makes it easy to ventilate the room, for example, after showering or bathing.
On the second floor, which you can reach via an open wooden staircase with a safety gate (at the top), there is another bedroom with two single beds (each 85x200 cm) and a dresser. A travel crib could also be set up here if needed.
The furnished southwest-facing terrace and the garden, which is fenced in for privacy, invite you to relax and enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. A private beach chair is also provided here for our guests.
Special Features
This allergy-friendly, non-smoking home features insect screens in the bedrooms. For our youngest guests, a high chair and a travel crib with a matching mattress are available in the house free of charge. The bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are equipped with exterior shutters. The garden is enclosed by a hedge and a fence.

Bicycles
There is also a private, lockable storage shed on the property (with an outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bikes [&] and other items can be safely stored here.
There are also already 2 bicycles and a handcart available for our guests to use free of charge.
In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers a wide range of other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the bicycles and handcarts provided if they are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The bicycles and handcart are offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
