About this house rental
This middle unit in a row of houses, featuring Wi-Fi [&] and in-floor heating, is ideal for two to four guests who want to spend their vacation in a tastefully decorated vacation home.
Amenities
The comfortable 3-roomtownhouse is divided into three levels with a total of 69 square meters of living space and is ideal for 4 guests.
Feel free to make yourselves comfortable together on the cozy couch in the living room on the first floor. Satellite TV and a stereo system are available for your entertainment. If needed, there’s also room for a travel crib here. At the separate dining area, the four of you can enjoy meals together or spend a great game night.
The open kitchen features a stove with a ceramic cooktop, as well as a dishwasher and an oven. A coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, and other appliances are also provided.
The guest bathroom with a window is also located on this level.
The bedroom is located on the first floor, which you can reach via a tiled staircase. It is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a sturdy wooden crib with a mattress. There is also a large closet for your vacation wardrobe.
This floor also features a spacious bathroom with a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub. You’re welcome to use the washing machine in the bathroom free of charge. The bathroom window lets in natural light and makes it easy to air out the room, for example, after showering.
The third living level, on the top floor, which you can reach via an open wooden staircase, features another bedroom with two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a dresser. A travel crib could also be set up here if needed.
The southwest-facing terrace, which you can access from the living room, is furnished.
Special Features
This non-smoking house features underfloor heating. In addition to the fixed crib in the bedroom, a high chair and a portable travel crib with a matching mattress for the little ones are also provided free of charge in the house. The living room, kitchen, the upper bathroom, and the bedroom on the 1st floor are equipped with exterior roller shutters on the windows. The bedroom in the attic has a blackout roller shade on the window.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
