On the first level, you’ll find an open kitchen, a dining area, a living area, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer (both coin-operated).
The living area, featuring a sofa and flat-screen satellite TV, includes a dining area for 4 people. From here, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on the furnished south-facing balcony.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a stove (including an oven), a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a kettle.
The second floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a guest room with two single beds, and a guest restroom.

Information about bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover costs for upcoming repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the handcart provided is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is provided as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
