A relaxing Baltic Sea vacation in a quiet and comfortable vacation rental with upscale amenities.
Amenities
This attractive 4-roomapartment on the 1st floor is equipped for 2–5 people plus 1 toddler and spans two levels.
On the lower level of the apartment, you’ll find the open-concept kitchen with all essential appliances—such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop.
The living area also features a cozy seating area with a view of the fireplace and a modern flat-screen TV. The south-facing balcony, accessible from here, is fully furnished.
Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a closet, as well as a bright bathroom with a shower/toilet, dryer, and washing machine (for a fee).
In the attic, on the second level, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: the first, with two single beds (90x200) and a small sitting area, is accessible directly from the hallway; from this room, you can then enter the second bedroom on this level, which has a single bed (90x200) and a closet.
Special Features
This is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is permitted only on the balcony. For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a mattress and a high chair are available for free use. You can completely darken the rooms using the roller shades.

In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs for any necessary repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the provided handcart is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
