This 3-bedroom vacation rental, centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen, is ideal for families.

Thanks to its child-friendly amenities, this 3-roomground-floor apartment is perfect for a vacation with 4 people plus a toddler.
In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch and relax while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.
A small hedge surrounds the shared garden. In addition, the furnished southwest-facing terrace is partially equipped with a privacy screen facing the property and a wooden partition separating it from the neighboring terrace.
The open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including a dishwasher, microwave, and many other appliances.
The apartment also features a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as a guest/children’s room with a French bed and a sofa bed. There is also a closet here for your clothes.
In the brightly tiled bathroom with natural light, you’ll find a walk-in shower, toilet, coin-operated washing machine, and a sauna, which you can use at any time for a fee.
Special Features
A highlight of Haus Luisa is definitely the private sauna and washing machine (for a fee) in the bathroom, which is included with every apartment. For our youngest guests, this non-smoking apartment provides a high chair and a travel crib.
The shutters make it easy to darken the room.
The shared garden, which is accessible to all guests of the house, features a small on-site playground.

In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if the equipment is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is provided as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s Tax - The visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are required to pay the visitor’s tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
