About this house rental
This family-friendly 4-bedroom vacation home for 6 people, located in a cozy residential area in Boltenhagen and equipped with Wi-Fi, is ideal for a relaxing, restful Baltic Sea vacation with children.
Amenities
Spanning three levels, this family-friendly 4-bedroomvacation home, with a living area of just under 85 square meters, and offers space for up to six guests plus a toddler.
On the first floor, there is an open-concept living and dining area with a comfortably equipped separate kitchenette that features all the necessary kitchen appliances to make self-catering easy. The beautiful, spacious sofa area, along with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, invites you to enjoy cozy get-togethers in the living room. Underfloor heating ensures comfort year-round.
There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.
From the sheltered, furnished northwest-facing terrace—which includes a beach chair—you can access the garden with a private children’s playground, shared by houses 14a and 14b.
On the first floor is the spacious bathroom with a sink, shower, bathtub, changing table, and toilet. There is also a washing machine here that you can use free of charge.
On the second floor, you’ll also find a bedroom with a large double bed and a guest/children’s room with two single beds. Both rooms have a closet for your clothes.
At the very top, in the attic (the third level), there is an open loft furnished with two single beds and a dresser.
Special Features
This non-smoking vacation home is ideal for families. A travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are provided and available for use free of charge. The house also features a portable bed rail that you can attach to a bed of your choice. A stair gate provides added safety. The roller shutters are ideal for blocking out the light.

Bicycles
There is a lockable storage shed belonging to the apartment right next to the house (with a power outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Various items may already be stored here. If there is still enough space for your needs, you are welcome to use it.
There is also a handcart here for your use, which you can use free of charge.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if the equipment is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
