Coziness is the motto of this brightly furnished, approximately 68-square-meter 3-room vacation apartment on the first floor in Boltenhagen. With a color-coordinated and comfortable interior, we’re happy to welcome up to 4 guests here.
The spacious living area with direct access to the balcony offers you a high level of comfort. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and radio provide multimedia entertainment.
A travel crib can also be set up here.
The open, modern kitchenette offers everything you need for hassle-free self-catering. You’ll find a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with ceramic cooktop, oven, many useful small appliances, and much more.
You’ll also appreciate the two separate bedrooms:
One bedroom features a double bed (200x200 cm) and a spacious closet. The guest bedroom also features a double bed (160x200 cm), a dresser, and a second satellite TV.
The bathroom, complete with a toilet and a walk-in shower, ensures a relaxing shower experience. An additional guest restroom makes your stay more convenient when there are several guests.
The furnished west-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing.
Special Features
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. In the laundry room on the underground parking level, there is a washing machine and a dryer that you can use for a coin fee.
The elevator, which allows you to easily reach every floor from the underground parking garage, is a great added feature.

Parking: 1 free, permanently reserved underground parking space in the building
Barbecues: Permitted in the immediate vicinity of the building (terrace, balcony) only if other residents are not disturbed and all fire safety measures are observed. (An electric grill is available; you must clean it yourself after use!)

Bicycles
There is a general storage room in the underground garage (limited space). Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for occupancy by two people, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
