This child-friendly 3-room vacation rental with Wi-Fi is located on the first floor and is comfortably furnished for 4 guests plus a toddler.

The 75-square-meter 3-roomon the first floor offers modern amenities for families or friends of up to 4 guests plus a toddler.
The cozy, large corner sofa invites you to relax. For entertainment, you’ll find a modern flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a radio.
From here, you have direct access to the furnished southwest-facing terrace with an adjacent, well-maintained yard.
The open kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and much more. The dining area is perfect for shared dinners, game nights, or similar activities.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (180x200xm / height 56 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. Feel free to use the closet and dresser to store your vacation clothes.
The guest/children’s room features two single beds (each 90x200 cm / height 56 cm). Here, too, you’ll find a closet and a dresser for your clothes. A travel crib can also be easily set up in either room.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A window provides additional natural light and makes it easier to air out the room after showering. There is also a shower stool here.

For our youngest guests, a travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge in this family-friendly, non-smoking apartment. In addition to a washing machine and dryer, a clothes rack, ironing board, and iron are available for shared use in the separate, communal utility room on the first floor.

In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, you can rent bicycles from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Prices vary depending on the rental period and bicycle model. This rental service also offers a wide variety of additional bicycle accessories as well as handcarts. Take advantage of our pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount!
Information about the bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if the equipment is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is charged a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
