Comfortable accommodations for your Baltic Sea vacation—modern, quiet location in Boltenhagen’s “Ostseepark” with Wi-Fi on the outskirts of town.

Enjoy every comfort for 3–4 people in this tastefully furnished 3-roomground-floor apartment. With approximately 70 square meters of living space, it offers everything vacationers could want.
The living area features a comfortable sofa set. A flat-screen TV, DVD player/Blu-ray player, and a large selection of CDs provide everything you need for relaxing evenings after eventful days on the Baltic Sea. A travel crib for children can also be set up here if needed.
The kitchenette is generously equipped, making cooking on vacation a pleasure. The kitchen-dining area features a large dining table with ample seating.
One bedroom features a double bed (180x190 cm), a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player, and a large closet for your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom, which features a pull-out sofa bed for 1–2 people (ideal for 1 adult or 2 children; dimensions when extended: 140x200 cm), also includes a flat-screen satellite TV with a DVD player and a dresser for storage.
The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a walk-in shower (approx. 1 cm high) and a toilet. There is also a separate guest restroom.
You can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on the furnished west-facing terrace—whether on the sun lounger or in a garden chair.
Special Features
A coin-operated washing machine (in the basement) is also included. This non-smoking vacation rental also offers a few special extras: 2 travel cribs with mattresses and a high chair are available free of charge for our younger guests.
The elevator, which allows you to conveniently reach every floor from the underground parking garage, is a great added feature.
Other great extras include: an ironing board and iron, a clothes drying rack, and 2 iPod and iPhone docking stations

Parking: 1 free, permanently reserved underground parking space in the building
Barbecuing: Permitted in the immediate vicinity of the building (patio, balcony) only if other residents are not disturbed and all fire safety measures are observed. (An electric grill is available; you must clean it yourself after use!)

There is a shared, lockable storage room in the underground garage (limited space). Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here.
A labeled handcart is also available here for you, our dear guests, to use free of charge.
In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if it is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least a week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for occupancy by two people, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: All guests aged 16 and older are subject to the tourist tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
