A comfortable 3-room apartment located between Mittelpromenade and Ostseeallee, featuring Wi-Fi and everything a guest needs for a wonderful vacation in Boltenhagen.
Amenities
The approximately 64-square-meter 3-roomvacation apartment on the first floor is located close to the beach in the heart of Boltenhagen and is ideal for families of up to 4 guests.
The living and dining area is bright and comfortably furnished. From the living area, you have direct access to the north-facing terrace (toward Hansehof) with a view of the green space.
The modern kitchenette is slightly separated from the rest of the space and offers everything you need for self-catering. On the terrace, dear guests, you’ll find patio furniture and the apartment’s own beach chair. A vacation right by the beach with Baltic Sea charm.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms: The larger bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm, separate mattresses) and a large closet; the second bedroom has a single bed (80 x 200 cm), which can be pulled out into a double bed (160 x 200 cm) if needed, as well as a closet, a shelf, and a dresser.
The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Special Features
Smoking is not permitted in this vacation rental. A high chair is available here for our younger guests at no charge. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the common area in the building’s underground parking garage.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental service also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities, linens, and an underground parking space. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
