Designed for 2–6 guests, this 73-square-meter, 3-roomvacation apartment is designed for 2–6 guests and is located on the first floor, easily accessible by elevator from the underground parking garage.
You’ll feel right at home as soon as you step into the bright, furnished living area. The large flat-screen TV and DVD player (Blu-ray) provide your multimedia entertainment. The spacious sofa is perfect for relaxation and, if needed, offers one or two additional sleeping spots (folded-out sleeping area: 120x215 cm).
In the separate, open-concept kitchen, you’ll find everything you need: a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, dishes, glasses, and much more.
Direct access to the furnished south-facing balcony allows you, our dear guests, to keep the good vibes going even in the evening.
The apartment also features two separate bedrooms: One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a closet. The second bedroom also features a double bed (160x200 cm) and an additional guest bed (80x200 cm), as well as satellite TV and a DVD player. There is also a closet here for your vacation wardrobe.
Two separate bathrooms in this vacation rental ensure a more relaxed daily routine during your stay: The first bathroom (with a window) features a bathtub, a toilet, and a hair dryer. There is also space for a washing machine. The second bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.

Special Features

This 3-story complex is particularly popular thanks to its perfect location near the beach. The elevator, which allows you to conveniently reach every floor from the underground parking garage, is another great feature. This is a non-smoking apartment.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bike. Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service - Includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax - The visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are required to pay the visitor’s tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
