On the first level, it features an open-concept living and dining area with a dining nook and sofa, satellite TV, and a radio.
This attractive apartment in Boltenhagen Mitte also features a furnished balcony, which is accessible from the living room.
You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove.
On the second level, the top floor, you’ll find an open loft with a sleeper sofa that can accommodate two additional people when extended.
Also located on this floor is the enclosed bedroom with a double bed featuring adjustable slatted frames.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, consecutive-night bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us a request via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
