This beachfront vacation apartment for 4 guests, centrally located in Boltenhagen, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.
Amenities
Designed for 2–4 guests, cozy two-room vacation apartment, with approximately 60 square meters of living space, is located on the first floor right in the heart of Boltenhagen’s town center on Ostseeallee.
The living room, equipped with a satellite TV, a stereo system, and a sleeper sofa, opens onto a beautiful south-facing balcony with patio furniture.
The open-concept kitchen has everything you need: a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove and oven, and much more. You can enjoy your meals in comfort at the separate dining area.
The bedroom features both a double bed and a sofa bed as an additional sleeping option. Feel free to store your vacation wardrobe in the large closet.
Of course, the bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer.
Special Features
This three-story complex is particularly popular, not least because of its perfect location near the beach. The elevator, which allows you to conveniently reach every floor from the underground parking garage, is another great feature. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Parking: 1 permanently reserved underground parking space in the building can be booked for an additional 3.00€ per night. (Please note: There are no free outdoor parking spaces available at the building.)

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are required to pay the visitor’s tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
