This attractive 3-room vacation apartment in a prime location in Boltenhagen is ideal for a luxurious Baltic Sea vacation with the family.

This cozy 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. It spans two levels and offers family-friendly amenities for up to 4 people.
The bright living and dining area on the first level features both a spacious dining area and a cozy sofa area equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system. From here, you can also access the furnished balcony.
The integrated kitchenette offers top-of-the-line appliances—such as a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a stove and oven, and a toaster.
The bathroom on the same level features a modern shower, a toilet, and a towel warmer.
The guest/children’s room is also located on this floor. It features two single beds and a large closet.
The second bedroom, with a double bed, is located on the second floor, in the attic. Here, too, there is a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
