The vacation rental is located on the first floor (with an elevator), has an east-facing balcony, measures about 50 square meters, is furnished in a welcoming and functional style, and accommodates 2 to 4 guests.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences: dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and espresso machine, toaster; plus plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans—and everything else you might need. The transition from the kitchen to the dining area—a table and four chairs made of light wood—and on to the living room itself is short and convenient:
It consists of a sofa with a reading lamp, two armchairs, a coffee table for putting your feet up or playing games together, a stereo system with a radio, a CD player, and an USB port, a flat-screen TV, and—a must-have on vacation!—a bookshelf with over 100 books. Whatever you enjoy reading—whether it’s literary fiction, nonfiction, mysteries, or cookbooks—you’ll find something here. And if you haven’t finished the book by the end of your vacation—no problem—if you leave another one behind, you’re welcome to take it with you. The sofa pulls out to accommodate two additional guests (dimensions when extended: 130x200 cm). The two tall French doors leading out to the balcony let in plenty of light and sea air: when the weather permits, the entire apartment is bathed in sunlight.
And when you sit down for breakfast on the furnished southeast-facing balcony, you’ll see the sea through the trees!
In the bedroom, which faces east and features a wide, comfortable double bed (with two mattresses), you can—but don’t have to!—let the morning sun wake you up.
The bathroom is tiled in white and blue and features—in addition to a sink, bathroom cabinet, and toilet—a walk-in, pleasantly spacious shower and a towel warmer.

This non-smoking apartment also comes equipped with a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, and a hair dryer. And don’t forget: it’s also suitable for people with allergies. The elevator in the building takes you conveniently from the underground parking garage to every floor.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
