This beachfront vacation rental, spread over two floors and equipped with Wi-Fi, is ideal for four guests.
Amenities
With 70 square meters of living space, this family-friendly 3-roomaccommodation on the Baltic Sea beach enough space for up to 4 people. The three rooms on the second floor, spread over two levels, are bathed in natural light and air-conditioned.
In the living and dining area on the first level, in addition to the dining nook, there is also a corner sofa with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and CD player for entertainment. The corner balcony, facing southeast/southwest and accessible from the living room, is equipped with a patio umbrella and outdoor furniture.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering.
The bathroom, which is also located on the lower level of the apartment, is equipped with a toilet, a walk-in shower with lighting, and a towel warmer.
The children’s/guest room is located on the second level of the apartment, in the attic. Here you’ll find two single beds, a nightstand, and a dresser for storage.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Special Features
This is a non-smoking vacation apartment that is also suitable for people with allergies, families with small children, and seniors. The staircase in the vacation rental is equipped with a safety gate at the top (i.e., on the top floor). A high chair and a travel crib are also available for free use.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
