A vacation apartment at its finest: comfort and coziness in the heart of Boltenhagen. The apartment was freshly renovated in 2016.

Among the many advantages of this approximately 60-square-meter, 2-roomapartment on the 1st floor are not only its central location on the Baltic Sea in Boltenhagen Mitte, but also its practical and tasteful furnishings for 4 adults and 1 toddler.
The living room features a cozy dining area and an inviting seating area. The sofa is a pull-out and offers enough space for two guests to sleep if needed. A flat-screen TV and stereo system provide entertainment.
From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony at the back of the house.
The separate kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances to meet all your needs. Through a “serving hatch,” you can easily bring your prepared meals directly from the kitchen to the dining area.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with an integrated shower, as well as a towel dryer and a washing machine.

The non-smoking apartment is easily accessible by elevator. For our youngest guests, a high chair is available here for free use.

Bicycles
To the right of the building’s entrance, there are bike racks reserved exclusively for the building, with space for a total of 9 bicycles. These are screened from the street by a hedge. You can park and lock your bikes here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including bed linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
