This comfortably furnished vacation rental in a prime location with Wi-Fi has everything you could want and is ideal for a relaxing family or couples' vacation near the beach.

The spacious duplexapartment with Wi-Fi is located on the 2nd floor and can be easily reached via an elevator directly from the underground parking garage. Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests plus a toddler.
On the lower level, the apartment features a bright and open living/dining area, a cozy sofa corner with a flat-screen TV, and access to the furnished northwest-facing corner balcony.
For self-catering guests, the integrated kitchenette on this level is well-equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), dishwasher, oven, and glass-ceramic cooktop. A coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and more are also provided.
The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a towel warmer, as well as a washing machine available for free use, is also located on the lower living level.
Also on this floor is the cozy bedroom with a double bed and a closet.
The spacious second bedroom, featuring a large closet and a flat-screen TV, is located on the second floor (top floor). Two single beds, which can also be pushed together to form a double bed, offer a restful night’s sleep for up to two children or another couple."

Family-friendliness is a top priority in this non-smoking apartment. A travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available free of charge for our youngest guests. There is also a stair gate at the top of the stairs.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
