This attractive 4-room vacation rental in a prime location in Boltenhagen is ideal for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation with the family.

This cozy 4-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. It spans two levels and offers family-friendly amenities for 5 guests.
The bright living and dining area on the first level features both a spacious dining area with an extendable dining table and 5 matching chairs, as well as a cozy sofa area equipped with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. From here, you can also access the furnished balcony.
The integrated kitchenette offers top-of-the-line appliances—such as a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a stove and oven, and a toaster.
The bathroom on the same level features a modern shower, a toilet, and a towel warmer.
This level also features a bedroom with a double bed and a dresser, as well as a guest/children’s room with a single bed and a wardrobe.
Another bedroom, with a double bed, is located on the second floor, in the attic. Here, too, there are several dressers for your vacation wardrobe.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:

- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
