This very comfortable and popular 3-roomvacation apartment on the 2nd floor offers approximately 70 square meters of living space and is equipped for 4 guests plus a toddler.
The high-quality, fully equipped open kitchen, the dining area, and the upholstered furniture set form the three focal points of the spacious living area. A flat-screen TV, stereo system, and DVD player are available for your entertainment as needed. A travel crib can also be set up in the living area if needed. Everyone can enjoy meals together at the cozy dining area.
The kitchen is very well-equipped, allowing you to prepare all your meals yourself, from breakfast to dinner. A stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave are just a few of the many appliances you’ll find here.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), a small sitting area, and a wardrobe. There is also enough space here to set up a travel crib if needed. The guest room is also furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large closet.
In the comfortable bathroom, which features a shower, sink, and toilet, you can also use the provided washing machine.
The furnished south-facing balcony, which you can access directly from the living room, allows you, dear guests, to keep the good mood going even in the evening and watch the lively hustle and bustle of the town.

The elevator, which allows you to conveniently reach every floor from the underground parking garage, is another great feature. This is a non-smoking apartment. You’re welcome to store your valuables in the apartment’s safe if needed.

Parking: 1 permanently reserved underground parking space in the building can be booked for an additional 3.00 EUR per night. (Please note: There are no free outdoor parking spaces available at the building.)

There is a shared, lockable bicycle storage room in the underground garage (limited space). Here you can store your rented or personal bicycles [&] and other items.

This rental service also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume any liability or cover costs for any necessary repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the handcarts are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
