It features a combined living and dining area with a separate kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a cozy double bed and a large wardrobe.
The sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two additional guests. A flat-screen TV and CD player provide entertainment as needed.
In addition to the functional kitchenette, the sitting area offers plenty of space for dining together.
A bright, senior-friendly bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fixed shower stool, and a grab bar rounds out this beachfront vacation rental.
Enjoy the Baltic Sea air on the furnished south-facing terrace. A hedge surrounds the property, providing privacy.

Thanks to its easy accessibility, this vacation rental is also very well suited for seniors or guests with mobility challenges. This three-story complex is particularly popular thanks to its prime location near the beach. The elevator, which allows you to conveniently reach every floor from the underground parking garage, is another great feature. This is a non-smoking apartment. For our guests with mobility issues, a portable shower chair is available in addition to the fixed, fold-down shower seat.

Parking: 1 permanently reserved underground parking space in the building can be booked for an additional 3.00€ per night. (Please note: There are no free outdoor parking spaces available at the property.)

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are required to pay the visitor’s tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
