Guests enjoy contemporary comforts in a thoroughly tasteful setting. The open-concept living and dining area on the first level features, among other things, a well-equipped kitchenette and a durable upholstered seating area that invites guests to enjoy cozy conversations and relaxing reading sessions. Entertainment is provided by a large, modern flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player.
The practical bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, also includes a washing machine and a towel dryer.
Also located on this level is the bedroom with a double bed, a large closet, and another flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom/children’s room on the second level, in the attic, is equipped with two single beds, an additional sleeper sofa, and its own flat-screen TV.
Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on the furnished northeast-facing balcony, which you can access from the living room.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
