The 69-square-meter, light-filled 3-roomvacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and is ideal for a relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen for up to 4 guests plus a toddler.
The combined living and dining area features a comfortable kitchenette, a separate dining nook, and a cozy sofa area with a magnificent view of the countryside. The flat-screen TV (Magenta TV!) ensures relaxing evenings. Various games and books are also available here for your entertainment.
Of particular note is the sunny, furnished southwest-facing balcony with a view of nature.
Take advantage of the very well-equipped kitchenette for your self-catering needs—whether you’re baking, cooking, or just quickly reheating something in the microwave. Anything is possible.
The modern apartment features two separate bedrooms, both furnished with cozy solid-wood beds without metal frames. The larger bedroom has a spacious double bed (180x200 cm / height 60 cm) and a practical closet, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm / height 57 cm) and another TV (Magenta!).
Adjacent is a spacious, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The window provides natural light and helps ventilate the room after showering. A towel warmer provides additional warmth in the bathroom.
Underfloor heating, which can be controlled individually for each room, ensures cozy warmth throughout the apartment.
Special Features
This is a non-smoking apartment. The building is equipped with an elevator, so you can easily reach every floor. For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress, children’s tableware, and a high chair are available in the apartment for free use. Both bedrooms can be darkened using a black roller shade. In addition, the bedroom windows have fly screens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Children can let off steam at the small playground on the fenced-in grounds of the complex.

Bicycles
Bicycles can be stored in the property’s communal bike shed. There are also 3 outlets here for charging e-bikes. In addition, there is a storage room on the first floor for strollers and walkers.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other items, such as handcarts for children. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for occupancy by four people, including utilities (electricity, water, heating) and bed linens. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
