Bright and comfortably furnished, this 3-room vacation apartment welcomes you, our dear guests, and can accommodate up to four people plus a small child. The apartment offers a relaxing family vacation in the heart of the popular seaside resort of Boltenhagen, surrounded by nature. The apartment has been recently renovated and offers free Wi-Fi.

This cozy 3-roomapartment, measuring 56 square meters, is located on the 1st floor and offers comfortable accommodations for 4 guests.
The light-filled living room, with direct access to the spacious, furnished northeast-facing balcony, ensures the vacation comfort you’re looking for. The living area, featuring a spacious sofa arrangement and a flat-screen TV, creates the perfect vacation atmosphere with its fresh Baltic Sea colors.
The adjacent, open kitchen area is very well equipped for self-catering. A dishwasher and oven with a ceramic cooktop are available, as are, for example, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, small appliances, and much more. The separate dining area is perfect for sharing meals or game nights.
There are 2 bedrooms available for overnight stays: The larger bedroom features a double bed (180x200) and a wardrobe, while the smaller bedroom has a bed that—a unique feature: at the same height (!—see photos)—can be extended to 140x200.
A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer rounds out this beachfront accommodation.

This non-smoking apartment is easily accessible from the underground parking garage via the building’s elevator, which is senior-friendly. This makes it ideal for families, couples, and seniors alike.

Bicycles
On the underground parking level, there is a lockable storage room assigned to the apartment (with an electrical outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Here you can store your rented or personal bicycles [&] and other vehicles. In addition, there is a communal bike rack next to the building entrance.
In this storage room, a handcart is also available for you, our guests, to use free of charge.
In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about the bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if the equipment is defective, does not meet your needs, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
