Comfortable, beachfront 3-room vacation apartment with 2 bathrooms for 2–4 guests—perfect for a Baltic Sea vacation with your dog. Wi-Fi is included for all guests.

In this modern 3-roomapartment on the 2nd floor, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation with up to 4 guests plus a toddler across two levels, with approximately 60 square meters of living space.
On the first level (2nd floor), there is a modern kitchenette. It is very well-equipped for full self-catering. The separate dining area is a cozy spot to enjoy meals together.PGJyPgUnder the wooden staircase leading to the attic, there is a cozy armchair and a small TV.
From the kitchen area, you can access the furnished northwest-facing balcony.
On this floor, you’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a heated towel rack.
An open wooden staircase leads you to the second level (top floor). Here, you’ll find a cozy living area. Comfortable upholstered furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player invite you to relax here.
This floor also features a guest/children’s room with two single beds and a separate guest restroom.

This family-friendly, non-smokingaccommodation features modern furnishings as well as a travel crib for our youngest guests, which is available free of charge. The beautifully landscaped, well-maintained property with a garden also features a small on-site playground.

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
