Cozy and close to downtown: A beautiful 2-room vacation apartment for up to 4 guests with a balcony, perfect for a carefree Baltic Sea vacation with views of the Mecklenburg countryside.
Amenities
The cozy 2-roomapartment is located on the first floor of Villa Sonnengarten and, with approximately 60 m², offers plenty of space for up to 4 people—ideal for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The villa is close to the city center and only about 150 meters from the fine sandy beach. With its tasteful furnishings and lovingly selected details, the apartment offers a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.
The bright living and dining area invites you to relax with a comfortable corner couch and TV. The couch is a pull-out and provides an additional sleeping option (sleeping area 140x200 cm).
From here, you have direct access to the southeast-facing balcony, where you can start or end your day breathing in the fresh sea air.
The modern, built-in kitchen is fully equipped and features, among other things, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and other practical kitchen appliances—ideal for self-catering during your vacation. You can enjoy your meals in comfort at the dining area.
The bedroom features a cozy double bed (sleeping area 160x200 cm / height 50 cm) and a spacious closet.
The apartment also features a bright bathroom with a shower, toilet, and free-to-use washing machine. The window provides additional natural light and helps with ventilation.
A parking space directly at the house is currently not available. However, loading and unloading is conveniently possible on Dünenweg (approx. 70 m away). A free underground parking space is located about 1,200 m away and can be reached via the beautiful Dünenpromenade—ideal for a short walk with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.
Special Features
This is a non-smoking apartment. Both the living area and the bedroom can be easily darkened.
The property covers approximately 3,500 m², so families or groups of friends can relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful weather and the view of the greenery on the spacious lawns. There’s also plenty of space for activities: whether it’s badminton, soccer, or volleyball—the expansive meadows, especially toward Dünenweg and on the west side behind Villa Sonnengarten (which is located on the same property behind Villa Seegarten), offer ideal conditions.
Wi-Fi: yes, free of charge
Parking: Currently, there is no parking space available directly at the house. Loading and unloading is possible on Dünenweg (approx. 70 m away). A free underground parking space is located about 1,200 m from the house.
Barbecues: not allowed
Pets: Max. 2 pets allowed
Bicycles
Bicycles can be stored in the building’s communal bicycle storage room in the basement. There are also bike racks on the property that you are welcome to use.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental service also offers many other items, such as handcarts for children. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities (electricity, water, heating) and bed linens. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. Upon presentation of a disability ID card, you will receive a discount.

- Pet: 28.46 EUR per night
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
