The spacious 3-roomvacation apartment on the lower level is located right on the waterfront and, with approximately 95 m², offers plenty of space for up to 4 people and a toddler.
Thanks to its unique layout—featuring two kitchens, two fully equipped bathrooms, and an additional guest restroom—the apartment is ideal for two couples, families with children, or groups of guests traveling together who value their privacy.
The bright, spacious living area invites you to relax with a comfortable seating area and a TV. A piano completes the room and creates a special atmosphere for cozy evenings of music. A small library and a small stereo system are also available for entertainment. You can enjoy your meals in comfort at the separate dining area.
The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and other practical kitchen appliances—ideal for self-catering on vacation.
In addition, this rental features a separate kitchenette equipped with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a combination microwave, and a small dishwasher. Of course, this kitchen also includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishes/cutlery, etc.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm / height 50 cm and 60 cm) and ample storage space.
Particularly convenient: Each area has its own fully equipped bathroom. Both bathrooms feature a shower and toilet and offer additional comfort and privacy. Both bathrooms are also equipped with a heated towel rack that provides cozy warmth.
In addition to the two bathrooms, there is a separate guest restroom.
From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished northwest-facing terrace, which is pleasantly sheltered by its basement-level location and invites you to relax and unwind.
A parking space directly at the house is not currently available. However, loading and unloading is conveniently possible on Dünenweg (approx. 70 m away). A free underground parking space is located about 1,200 m away and can be reached via the beautiful dune promenade—ideal for a short walk with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.
Special Features

This is a non-smoking apartment. However, smokers can enjoy their hobby year-round on the covered terrace. In the shared laundry room, you’ll also find a washing machine belonging to the apartment that you can use free of charge. For our youngest guests, a travel crib and a high chair are available in the apartment for free use.
The property covers approximately 3,500 m², allowing families or groups of friends to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful weather and the view of the countryside on the spacious green areas. There’s also plenty of space for activities: whether it’s badminton, soccer, or volleyball—the expansive meadows, especially toward Dünenweg and on the west side behind Villa Sonnengarten (which is located on the same property behind Villa Seegarten), offer ideal conditions.

Bicycles

Bicycles can be stored in the property’s shared bicycle storage room in the basement.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental service also offers many other items, such as handcarts for children. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities (electricity, water, heating) and linens. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Room service includes beds freshly made with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
