About this house rental
A comfortable 4-room vacation home in “Boltenhagen” with Wi-Fi and a furnished terrace overlooking the greenery is bright and cozy, accommodating 6 guests plus a toddler.
Amenities
This family-friendly 4-bedroom townhouse in the Sünnslag residential complex spans two levels and is equipped to accommodate 6 guests plus 1 toddler. When hosting multiple guests, the two bathrooms make your stay more convenient.
On the first floor, the house features a light-filled living and dining area with an adjacent open kitchen. In the living room, you can relax comfortably on the couch. Entertainment options include satellite TV, a small stereo system, board games, and a variety of books.
From the living room, you can also access the furnished southeast-facing terrace with a magnificent view of the greenery.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer, plenty of dishes, and much more. The separate dining area provides space for all guests to dine together (4 chairs are at the table, and 2 more are distributed among the bedrooms).
Additionally, the first floor features a bedroom with a double bed (140x200m) and an en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. A shower stool is provided here and may be used as needed.
From the hallway, a staircase leads to the first floor. At the top of the stairs, a small loft area features a desk. Here you can relax and write, paint, work on the computer, etc.
You’ll also find the two other bedrooms on this floor. The largest bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and a wardrobe. The other bedroom features a bunk bed (a single bed with a pull-out second bed). A small balcony with a view of the greenery is also part of the amenities here.
The second bathroom, located on the first floor, features a bathtub with a shower curtain and various grab bars, as well as a toilet and a washing machine. A hair dryer is also included in the full set of amenities. The bathroom window provides plenty of natural light and makes it easy to air out the room after a bath or shower.

This non-smoking vacation home provides portable travel cribs with matching mattresses and a high chair for our youngest guests to use free of charge.

Bicycles
Next to the house, about 250 m from the vacation rental, there is a lockable storage shed in a shared shed complex. Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price applies to occupancy by up to four guests, including utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
