About this house rental
This 3-bedroom vacation home with Wi-Fi in Boltenhagen on the Baltic Sea is equipped to accommodate 2–5 guests, making it ideal for an extended family vacation.
Amenities
The 3-bedroom end-of-row house has 60 square meters of living space spread over two floors and offers family-friendly accommodations for up to 5 guests plus a toddler.
The comfortably furnished living area, featuring a fireplace on the first floor and a cozy dining nook, is connected to the modern kitchen. A flat-screen TV (satellite) and stereo system provide entertainment here.
From here, you have direct access to the furnished south-facing terrace. A beautiful hedge provides privacy from prying eyes.
The kitchenette includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and much more for hassle-free self-catering.
The guest/children’s room is also located on the first floor and is equipped with a single bed and a bunk bed, providing space for up to three children.
A cozy bathroom with a shower and toilet on the same floor rounds out the amenities. A washing machine is also available. A large towel warmer provides additional cozy warmth. The window lets in pleasant natural light and helps ventilate the room after showering.
From the hallway, a wooden staircase leads to the next floor.
On this second level, in the attic, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed and a large closet. A travel crib can also be easily set up in this room. You’ll find some light vacation reading on the corner shelf.
Special Features
This vacation home is a family-friendly, non-smoking accommodation. For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available in the house free of charge. The two playgrounds—one at the entrance to the complex and one at the other end—are welcome for use.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
