Dear guests, we welcome you to our beautiful, bright, 100-square-meter, 4-room Scandinavian-style beach apartment on the top floor, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea. Up to 6 guests can feel completely at home here.
The modern, bright living room features two comfortable sofas and a rocking chair, as well as a flat-screen TV, a small library, and a superbly equipped kitchen-diner with a spacious dining area for 6 guests.
The furnished northeast-facing balcony is directly accessible from the living area. You can even catch a glimpse of the sea from here...
The apartment features three separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200), and another bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200). The third bedroom is set up as a guest or children’s room with two single beds (each 80x200). All three bedrooms have a closet. Both the guest/children’s room and one of the bedrooms also feature a modern TV.
The spacious, bright bathroom with a window features a shower, heated towel rack, toilet, and a washing machine.
Special Features
For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress is available free of charge in this non-smoking apartment.

Bicycles
If you bring or rent bicycles or similar items, you are welcome to park them in the public bike rack.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for up to four guests and includes utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, consecutive-night bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
