In this child-friendly 3-roomapartment on the 2nd floor, up to 4 people plus a toddler can enjoy their vacation in approximately 62 square meters of living space.
The living room features a spacious sofa set and an XL flat-screen TV, creating a modern yet cozy and harmonious atmosphere. The separate dining area has plenty of room for all guests.
It also features a modern open kitchenette with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and much more, so you’ll have everything you need to prepare your own meals.
While the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a dresser, another flat-screen TV, and a closet, the guest/children’s room features two single beds, a closet, and a bookshelf. A travel crib can be set up in the bedroom.
The bright, tiled, modern bathroom with natural light is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
You can easily access the furnished balcony with a view of the greenery from the living room.
The apartment’s own washing machine, available for free use, is located in the building’s laundry room.

For our youngest guests, this non-smokingapartment, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available for free use.
If you prefer fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning, you can easily pick them up at the nearby bakeries (at Markant or, during peak season, from the mobile bakery).

Barbecue: Permitted in the immediate vicinity of the building (patio, balcony) only if other residents are not disturbed and all fire safety measures are observed. (No grill provided)

At the edge of the building’s parking lot, there is a lockable communal storage shed (limited space). There is also a private basement storage room in the building (with an outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including bed linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked as an add-on.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, consecutive-night bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
