This 3-room vacation rental with Wi-Fi [&] a combined living and dining area is ideal for a Baltic Sea vacation for two or with the family in Boltenhagen.

The 3-bedroom vacation apartment on the first floor offers approximately 60 square meters of living space and features modern amenities for up to 4 guests plus a toddler.
The light-filled living room features tasteful furniture, including a cozy sofa, two armchairs, and satellite TV.
The trendy open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and also features a lovely dining area.
The bedroom features a wide double bed and a spacious closet; the guest/children’s room is equipped with two single beds and a closet as well.
The modern bathroom, which features natural light, includes a walk-in shower, two sinks, and, of course, a toilet.
The furnished east-facing terrace with an awning, accessible from the living room, invites you to relax after an eventful day.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
