This cozy 3-room ground-floor apartment offers approximately 66 square meters of living space and is equipped to accommodate 4 people.
The spacious living area, featuring a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system, also includes a well-equipped open kitchenette—complete with a microwave and dishwasher—as well as a separate dining area.
Two bedrooms provide comfortable places to retreat. One is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. In addition, both rooms have a closet for your clothes.
A bright bathroom with natural light features a shower, sink, and toilet.
Two furnished terraces, which you can access from the couch area in the living room (southwest) and from the dining area in the living room (southeast), invite you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. You can enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air at any time.
Special Features
This is a non-smoking apartment. If you prefer fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning, you can easily pick them up at the nearby bakeries (at Markant or from the bakery truck). For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available for free use.

Barbecue: Permitted in the immediate vicinity of the building (patio, balcony) only if other residents are not disturbed and all fire safety measures are observed. (No grill provided)

Bicycles
At the edge of the building’s private parking lot, there is a lockable communal storage shed (limited space). There is also a private basement storage room in the building (with an outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utility costs. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
