This bright vacation rental for 4 guests with Wi-Fi is centrally located in Boltenhagen on the Baltic Sea.

This 3-roomapartment on the first floor offers 66 square meters of living space and is designed to accommodate 4 people.
In the cozy living area with an open kitchenette and separate dining nook, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch in front of the flat-screen TV and DVD player.
From here, you can also step out onto the furnished southeast-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the well-maintained green space.
The modern kitchenette offers all the amenities you need for self-catering. This includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as dishes, silverware, and cooking and frying utensils.
The apartment features both a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a guest/children’s room with two single beds and a closet.
The bright bathroom with a window is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Special Features
This is a non-smoking apartment. If you prefer fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning, you can easily purchase them at the nearby bakeries (at Markant or from the bakery truck).
For our younger guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available for free use.

Barbecue: Permitted in the immediate vicinity of the building (patio, balcony) only if other residents are not disturbed and all fire safety measures are observed. (No grill provided)

Bicycles
At the edge of the building’s private parking lot, there is a lockable communal storage shed (limited space). There is also a private basement storage room in the building (with an outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bikes [&] and other items can be stored safely here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
