Step inside and feel right at home— an optimal floor plan spanning 68 square meters, combined with charm and a cozy atmosphere, ensures that up to 4 guests plus a toddler will enjoy an unforgettable Baltic Sea vacation in this first-floor apartment.
In the living area of this vacation rental, you’ll find not only excellent entertainment technology—such as WiFi-enabled internet radio with Bluetooth, DAB+, and Spotify Connect, as well as a smart TV—but also modern furnishings, including a large sofa suite.
The contemporary, open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped. In addition to an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, you’ll find other modern appliances here, such as a coffee maker, coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, blender, and more. You can enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area or on the furnished balcony, which faces southeast and adjoins the living area.
In the spacious bedroom, you’ll find a double box-spring bed and a smart TV.
The guest/children’s room features two single box-spring beds. You can listen to music here on a CD radio or play a CD for your children to help them fall asleep. Both rooms have a closet for your vacation wardrobe.
The modern bathroom features, among other things, a walk-in shower.
The apartment also includes a separate guest restroom.

The building’s elevator takes you to any floor you wish. Smoking is not permitted in this non-smoking apartment. A travel crib with a mattress is available free of charge for young guests. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the basement.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about the bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement bicycles for the handcart provided if it is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
