Location and staff enthusiasm as well as facilities are fantastic. Would stay again but one notable edit I would make is to include eggs on breakfast buffet. We paid extra for breakfast only one morning because the buffet was so unwelcoming in terms of what it offered. I’m not saying to put eggs Benedict or anything fancy on the breakfast buffet but at least boil or scramble some eggs to give people a shot of protein. Also the optics of telling people, as you seat them, that “for 25£ more you can have a better menu” are frankly dreadful.
As stated above, breakfast buffet needs some serious work as its content was extremely weak.

An exceptional hotel, with the best staff. Neely refurbished, this hotel manages to have a sense of space and calm in the middle of the very busy city. Rooms were beautiful, beds so comfortable and staff couldn’t do enough to help. Will definitely return.

Very welcoming staff. Hotel been totally refurbished and only been open for 2 months. Rooftop bar had stunning views over London. Breakfast was really good.
The hotel offers an alternative way of checking in, there’s no front desk. You are welcomed by a very friendly staff member and offered champagne while they book you in.
Spotlessly clean. Would totally recommend.

excellent location and room cleaning
No fridge in the room, the hotel does not accept cash.
The hotel doesn't refund deposit. I've booked the hotel twice: after the first period decided to extend the stay. The deposit for the first period of stay was returned immediately. For the second, they never returned at all, even though there was no problem with the number.
