Location is very good, it is a walking distance to museums, high street shopping, etc.
Staff was very friendly. We were late for breakfast on Monday, but the catering ladies were very kind and provided sufficient
amount of food.
WiFi signal was rather low.

Staff were lovely especially the lady who served us at breakfast
nothing

One of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Room 304, massive bed, spacious, bath and shower. Staff professional and courteous. Good breakfast. Close to British Museum and Theatres. Choice of underground stations.
Air con didn't work, although in October, we didn't need it, so we made no.issue
But that was the only thing we can mark it down for. I suppose £350 a night is steep, but that's Central London for you.

Great location
No lift, needs carpets cleaning, walls need paining, divan bed needs changing as ripped and scuffed. Very poor maintenance and photos on booking.com are very misleading.
