Beautiful renovations and furnishings. Modern but still felt classic and classy.
Guest rooms and en suite bathrooms are small, which I suppose is to be expected in central London but would have felt like more of a strain if we had larger luggage or a longer stay.

I had a solo room, which was quite small, but it was really functional, very clean. and bed was very comfortable. I stayed there only for a night and it was simply perfect. Staff was very nice.
room was really small (but I knew when booking), so not really a problem

Great locations, lovely staff!
For £250 per night, the room was very small without a fridge/mini bar, the bathroom was tiny without any real storage or shelves… This may sound pedantic, but the tea and coffee facilities were particularly poor - PG Tips Tea Bags in a premium hotel was a real let down!
