Great location for what we wanted.
Hotel staff were lovely and made us feel welcome.
Room was great and overlooked the EuroStar main station.
Breakfast was amazing and in beautiful surroundings
Not mush not to like.
Room was a little tired and dull but great view of the station platforms.

As a railway buff this is one hotel that I've always wanted to stay at, and with a trip on the Eurostar the following day it seemed the ideal opportunity. The architecture and main interiors certainly didn't disappoint. The only other positive was that the bed was very comfortable.
We ate in the Booking Hall restaurant and found the service extremely slow. At dinner for 4 of us, only 3 mains arrived together with the fourth arriving well over 10 minutes later with no explanation and no apology given. At breakfast it took over 30 minutes for our order to arrive even though it was by no means busy.
