This is definitely a hotel for those who like Roy Lichtenstein and pop art. A blinding two story video display greets you in the lobby. Our room was comfy-ish. All very high tech, although the lights were either all or nothing—no ability to do areas or individual lamps. Good bathtub and shower. Platform bed was okay. Nice view of West London.
The location in West London is a little off the beaten tourist path, which is fine if you want that. Picadilly, Albermarle and Covent Garden are a good half- hour away by tube or cab. We had difficulty getting Uber drivers to find the place. The decor left us cold. Very splashy and techy. If you like dot matrix pictures of video game girls this us your place!

Wanted to like this place, but it felt a bit like Raddison trying to be 'W' Hotel on a budget. The location is ok and close to tube station
Many things just did not work. Towel hook fell off wall in bathroom, it had been glued, could not have a wet shave, because tap is sensor tap that runs for about 5 seconds, not long enough to even get warm water and there is nor plug for sink. Shower curtain in bathroom was a real down market look. Pool hard to find, not labeled anywhere. Hnging space in closet ridiculous, because safe is immediately underneath, leaving no space. Whole thing just badly designed
