Staff were excellent. Would have liked to score this higher. Lovely small details, water and chocolate in fridge, sandwich on arrival and a pot of tea outside our door each morning. Staff very helpful.
We had a Penthouse room.Out bathroom was so small you were showering with the shower curtain wrapped around you. No place to hang clothes other than hangers on the back of the door. Could also do with a suitcase stand.

Quirky decor and good location. Large towels. Fridge with free supplies - no alcohol though! Sandwich and cookie in room on arrival.
Bathroom v small. Room not sound proofed. Tea tray was a sweet touch but we're coffee drinkers and pods weren't topped up.

Great location for rail & underground connections. Square is very quiet considering its proximity to Kings X & St Pancreas. 25/30 minutes stroll to Covent Garden/theatre district via Holborn. Very clean & well managed. Stylish & modern touches on the facilities & decor. Comfortable beds & little touches like a selection of complimentary refreshments in the fridge. A pot of tea bought to your door in the morning. Ability to leave bags with the hotel if needed. Small maintenance issue was resolved while we were out in the evening. Super responsive which I like!
Our room was at the front of the property on the lower ground floor so we heard the front door closing each time someone entered or left! This kept me awake but my 2 friends slept soundly. So maybe not an ideal room for a light sleeper!

Location was excellent, very near to King’s Cross. Room was nicely decorated, comfortable bed.
Unfortunately my room did not resemble most of the pictures of the type of room. I was under the impression it would have a seating area, it didn’t. The en suite unfortunately was very smelly despite looking clean. Must have been coming from the toilet?
